1. Introduction

LawPeakEdge, located at Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (Business ID: CHE-794.617.708), provides legal consulting services to enterprises. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Enterprise Consulting Services

We offer tailored consulting on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. A fee schedule applies, and payment is due in advance. You may reschedule a session with at least seven days' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than seven days before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, as resources will have been allocated in preparation. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for sessions that have already commenced or been delivered, due to the time and expertise dedicated to preparation.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products include digital guides and templates delivered electronically. Due to their nature, once accessed or downloaded, these products are not eligible for a refund. You may request a refund within fourteen days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

2.3 Tangible Goods

If you purchase any physical items, you may return them within thirty days of receipt in unused condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process the refund within fourteen days to the original payment method.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable prior to the commencement of services or delivery of products. We accept various payment methods. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for enterprise consulting services, information products, and tangible goods are handled as outlined above. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit. If a service is explicitly stated as non-refundable, this will be clearly indicated in the service agreement and is due to the bespoke nature of our work and preparatory efforts. Requests for refunds or rescheduling must be submitted through our contact form.

5. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
